Commercial Property Management Services include revenue management and enhancement; building maintenance; financial management and reporting; procuring and administering vendor service contracts; lease administration; leasing support; and tenant relations. Our property management reporting and analysis platforms include AppFolio. With each property, we design and deliver a scope of services designed to meet the client’s unique property needs.

Tenant Relations We pride ourselves on the relationships and trust we have built with our property owners. Communication is essential, and we place a lot of value on the different systems we have in place to make sure communication stays a priority. We strive to give a personalized approach to service excellence. Simply defined, this type of experience reflects our goal to offer tenants solutions, support and service that extend beyond the walls of the building.

Accounting and Financial Services work with our property owners on monthly reports, annual budgeting, and capital projects. All capital projects are reviewed and approved with our owners.

Building Maintenance Services with our property management team represents the technical resources and capabilities necessary to maintain and preserve the physical asset with respect to risk management, preventive maintenance, tenant relations, and emergency and after-hours response. These services include personnel and protocols for daily building inspections, repairs and maintenance, interaction and coordination of janitorial and other building services, meeting with tenants, and troubleshooting building maintenance issues. We have an in-house maintenance department which allows most minor concerns to be addressed immediately. We also have an approved contractor list of local vendors with exceptional experience.
